In her 11 years at Praekelt, she played a pivotal role in the expansion of the organization and its reach in terms of staff compliment, impact, partnerships and revenue.
Marcha joined Ona in 2019 as Strategic Partnerships and Operations Lead, working with the digital health team – particularly around OpenSRP – on business development, strategy, partnerships and operations. She lives and works in Johannesburg, where she is wife to Chris; mom to two human children — Steph and Kara — and two rescue-dog children — Bonny and Clyde.
