The feeling of satisfaction that comes after seeing how much impact one has created as a team and as a company is my everyday motivational factor.  Being the Director of Operations at Ona, my work allows me to interact with different teams in the company which include software engineers, project managers, designers,  all the ideas, enthusiasm and passion from all these bright people make me appreciate even more what it takes to come up with innovative technology tools that are used to help address some of the world’s greatest challenges.  

Overseeing the Operations department at Ona, Rosalia’s responsibilities includes developing, implementing and managing financial and operational policies, procedures and systems. She holds a MBA in Finance from United States International University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K).  Prior to joining Ona, Rosalia was a Regional Finance and Operations Administrator working for an International NGO that focuses on maternal health.
